The Drezner Group's principal, Julie Kenny Drezner, established a consulting practice in 1989. Julie has more than 30 years' experience with philanthropic grantmaking programs and public benefit organizations throughout the United States. Her expertise spans a wide range of social issues and organizational management concerns. As a seasoned planner, advisor and facilitator, she has led numerous organizations and collaborative efforts through successful planning and organizational development.

The Drezner Group associates are top caliber professionals who are chosen for their subject matter expertise, creativity, skills and cost-benefit for clients. Associates are selected based on the project's needs, often because of specific technical expertise, cultural/language capacities, or knowledge of particular communities or subject areas. Support staff is available to manage project logistics, provide clerical support, conduct interviews and surveys, record results, and prepare final reports. The firm's principal serves as lead consultant and directs work teams.

The Drezner Group has experience in a myriad of fields including health, human services, community-based and sustainable development, social and economic justice, arts and culture, education, children, youth and family services, women, communities of color, gerontology, policy and advocacy, philanthropy and other public benefit endeavors.
